V Technology Co., Ltd. (TSE: 7717) reported consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 (FY2026/3), with net sales of ¥52,992 million (¥53.0 bn), up ¥6.8 bn year on year, as net sales in the Semiconductor & Photomask segment rose 32% year on year to a record high. Operating profit doubled year on year to ¥3,768 million (¥3.8 bn), YoY +¥1.9 bn, helped by improved profitability in the FPD segment. The company noted that results fell short of its previously announced plan due to a partial postponement of photomask and CF exposure equipment sales and the recording of product warranty-related costs. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027 (FY2027/3), V Technology forecasts net sales of ¥60,000 million and operating profit of ¥5,500 million, with the Semiconductor & Photomask segment expected to grow 60% year on year.
Note: V Technology labels the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 as “FY2026/3” and the following fiscal year as “FY2027/3” in its own results materials; this article follows that labeling for all figures, tables and segment data below.

FY2027/3 Forecast
For FY2027/3, V Technology expects full-scale expansion of DI exposure equipment for advanced packaging to contribute to Semiconductor & Photomask segment growth, with photomask net sales expected to recover from the low level of FY2026/3. In the FPD segment, CF exposure equipment sales are expected to decline while inspection equipment is expected to remain strong. The company also cited uncertainty in the Middle East as a factor incorporated into its expense assumptions.
