Medium-Term Plan / Topics
As part of its initiatives to further enhance corporate value under the medium-term management plan “PROACTIVE YAMAZEN 2027” (announced in May 2025), Yamazen entered into a strategic partnership with Advantage Partners (“AP”) and arranged financing through the issuance of convertible bonds with share subscription rights. The bonds were contracted on February 12, 2026 and issued on March 3, 2026, with an aggregate principal amount of 28.0 billion yen (27,979,000,000 yen), a 0.0% interest rate and a 5-year maturity. For the final year of the medium-term plan (FY2027), the company targets an operating profit margin of 2.7%, ROE of 8.0%, basic operating cash flow of 14 billion yen (14,000 million yen), and a shareholders’ equity ratio of 40-45%.
