Tachikawa Corporation announced its consolidated results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 on February 10, 2026. Driven by a major renewal of core fabric window-covering products and price revisions in the Interior & Exterior Products Business, net sales rose to ¥42,623 million, 102.9% of the prior-year figure. Selling, general and administrative expenses rose to 102.9% of the prior-year level on higher sales-promotion and personnel costs, but gains on the sale of policy-held shares and fixed assets, together with a lower effective tax burden, lifted operating profit, ordinary profit and net income above the prior year. Profit attributable to owners of parent reached ¥3,239 million, exceeding the initial forecast and marking a record high.

Segment Results

In the Interior & Exterior Products Business, sales and profit both increased, supported by a major renewal of the fabric-pattern lineup for core fabric products and higher sales of light-control fabric products and the electric-operation “Home Tacos” product line. In the Parking Systems Business, profit increased on more installation work for new “Puzzle Tower” multi-level parking systems, steady progress in renovation projects, and improved profit margins from a focus on profitability. In the Speed Reducers Business, sales increased on higher sales of general-purpose speed reducers and products for automated guided vehicles (AGVs), but profit declined due to rising material costs and higher outsourcing costs.
