TOKYO KEIKI INC. reported higher net sales and record operating profit for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026 (FY2025), driven by strong growth in the Defense & Communications Equipment Business and higher revenue across the Marine Systems and other segments. Operating profit reached an all-time high for the second consecutive year, and order backlog at fiscal year-end also hit a record high. Based on this performance, the company raised its FY2026 operating profit forecast within its Medium-term Business Plan and now targets a third consecutive record-high operating profit.

Order backlog at fiscal year-end nonetheless reached a record high of ¥59,875 million, up ¥3,467 million (+6.1%) year on year.
