Financial Results (FY12/25 Actual)

The company cites four key topics for the year. First, campaigns for the one-time purchase version aimed at acquiring new users, particularly for overseas sales, generated more demand than expected at the beginning of the fiscal year, together with the effects of the major version upgrade and regular campaigns. Second, ARR reached a new record high due to the growth of the subscription model. Third, development, advertising and other expenses remained in line with the plan, boosting profit. Fourth, the company achieved ROE of 30% or higher, a Medium-Term Management Plan target, while also implementing active shareholder returns initiatives.

Net sales of 9.47 billion yen and operating profit of 2.96 billion yen each represented an achievement rate of 102% against the full-year forecasts revised on November 14 (net sales of 9.26 billion yen and operating profit of 2.90 billion yen). Ordinary profit rose 28.8% to 2,934 million yen and profit rose 20.1% to 1,681 million yen.
