AEON CO., LTD. reported consolidated results for FY2025 (fiscal year ended February 28, 2026), with operating revenue up 5.7% year on year to ¥10,715.3bn, a record high for the fifth consecutive year, and operating profit up 13.8% to ¥270.4bn, a record high for the first time in two years, leveraging the Group’s integrated strengths. Consolidated Results (Full-Year Actual)

Operating profit grew at a CAGR of 11.6% over the five years from FY2021 to FY2025, significantly outpacing operating revenue growth of 5.3% over the same period. Segment Results

Operating revenue increased across all reporting segments. Operating profit rose in five segments, excluding Supermarket, Discount Store, and Financial Services. Shopping Center Development and Services & Specialty Stores delivered record-high profits, driven by experience-based offerings aligned with evolving consumer lifestyles, and General Merchandising Store (GMS) also achieved double-digit profit growth, supported by PB expansion and store-level DX-driven efficiency gains.

In the Health & Wellness segment, WELCIA achieved substantial profit growth through expanded dispensing pharmacy formats, higher food mix, and improved in-store operational efficiency. Following the management integration in December, PMI (post-merger integration) between TSURUHA and WELCIA progressed steadily toward early synergy realization. In the Shopping Center Development segment, AEON Mall achieved revenue and profit growth, renewing record-high operating profit, with increased foot traffic in Japan and solid specialty store sales in China and ASEAN.

FY2026 Forecast

AEON aims for a significant increase in operating profit, centered on growth and profitability improvements in the retail business. Profit expansion in high-performing domains—Shopping Center Development, Health & Wellness, and Services & Specialty Stores—is expected to further accelerate earnings growth. The introduction of the group tax consolidation system from FY2026 is expected to provide a sustained uplift to net income through tax optimization.

Shareholder Returns

AEON plans an annual dividend of ¥15 per share for FY2026, including a commemorative dividend for the 100th anniversary of incorporation. On a comparable basis excluding the effect of the 3-for-1 stock split of common shares implemented on September 1, 2025, the dividend is set to increase by ¥4 equivalent from the prior year.
