Consolidated Results (FY2025 Actual)

As key highlights, the company cites: device replacement and IT service demand tied to the end of Windows 10 support increased more than expected in the private-sector market; work on systems introduced under municipal system standardization began and progressed smoothly in the public-sector market; network reinforcement and integration projects to support one-device-per-student use at schools continued to perform well; and GIGA School device replacement began with devices installed in and before fiscal 2020. Segment Results

The company operates in three segments — the Public Sector Business, the Office Business, and the Information Systems Business — and all three achieved growth in both revenue and profit. In the Public Sector Business, completing the fiscal 2024 portion of system migration work for customers under municipal system standardization, and steady progress on the fiscal 2025 portion, contributed to higher revenue; network integration projects in the elementary, junior high, and high school ICT field remained firm, and the company steadily won larger-scale school facility projects. From the third quarter, demand tied to NEXT GIGA (replacement demand for devices installed before the previous GIGA School special-demand period) began to emerge, boosting sales. In the Office Business, office renovation projects expanded, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, against a backdrop of strong corporate earnings, and the company also won large-scale projects for municipal government buildings. In the Information Systems Business, IT-related services such as PC replacement and kitting tied to the end of Windows 10 support grew substantially, supported by customer expansion through cooperation between the software licensing business and the SI business, and cloud-based subscription-type software license contracts also continued to perform well (the company won an extra-large project in the fourth quarter). On the other hand, the mid-tier and small/medium-sized customer market saw a reaction to the previous year’s invoice-system-related demand.

In the public-sector market, the company expects substantial growth in both revenue and profit, reflecting its response to municipal system standardization, which is expected to peak this fiscal year, and to GIGA device replacement demand. In the private-sector market, the company expects continued growth in its ICT and office businesses, based on the view that DX investment and human-capital investment by large corporations will remain firm. As positive factors, the company cites: NEXT GIGA device replacement demand (expected to move into full swing from August 2025, the first quarter of FY2026, although it also notes the impact of a decline in the number of projects compared with five years earlier); demand related to municipal system standardization (activity expected to pick up toward completion by March 2026); and demand tied to the end of Windows 10 support (demand is expected to increase through around October 2025, while a decline is expected from the third quarter onward as a reaction to the previous year’s demand). By segment, the company plans net sales of 151,000 million yen for the Public Sector Business (+62.7% year on year; operating profit of 7,800 million yen, +2,560 million yen), net sales of 64,000 million yen for the Office Business (+7.7%; operating profit of 2,200 million yen, +213 million yen), and net sales of 202,000 million yen for the Information Systems Business (+10.0%; operating profit of 5,100 million yen, +509 million yen), with growth in both revenue and profit expected across all segments.
